In Home Light Troubleshooting/Repair/Upgrade - $50/hr. (minimum 1 hr.) This is for you if your computer is having errors, requires a software upgrade/installation or just needs a tune up. This would also apply to minor part upgrades like adding/replacing memory, video cards, sound cards, modems, and network cards. We also include a free internal dust cleaning which can prevent failures of key components(on request).

Major Repair/Upgrade - $45/hr. (minimum 1 1/2 hr.) Free Pickup from your Home! (Free Pickup only applies to residents in the 626, 818, 323 and 213 area codes. We may still come to you for free or a small service charge. Please contact us for a quote.) This is for major problems, total system failure and full system upgrades like motherboard/processor.

Wireless/Wired Network Setup - $50/hr. (minimum 1 hr.) Installation and configuring of home networks. Gives the customer the ability to share their DSL/Cable Broadband internet connection among all of their computers and internet enabled devices.

DSL/Cable Installation or Troubleshooting- $50/hr. (minimum 1 hr.) Help with installing or troubleshooting DSL/Cable modems. We can work directly with your DSL/Cable company for you to save you time and frustration. Many times we can find and remedy the problem ourselves.

In Home Tutoring - $35/hr. (minimum 1 hr.) Use your computer for productivity and fun! We can teach you to get the most out of your computer and Windows XP from music and movies to games to finances. In addition to mastering Windows XP you will learn to use current office, multimedia and internet software including: • Windows XP - Learn Windows XP, and become the master of your PC. We can teach you how to organize your files, install/uninstall programs, maintain and update your PC. Once you have a good grasp of Windows, learning other programs becomes much easier. • Digital Photography - Use your computer to scan, touch up, resize, archive and print pictures in the digital format! • Multimedia - Playing music and movies, Burning music CDs, using MP3s, creating home movies on DVD and Video CD.
